Amazingly, even though it still has a month before its release, the drama CD already has cover art: CHIBIS! Honestly, we had to wait up until a couple days before their release before we knew the cover art of the other soundtracks. And with cover art like that, you KNOW this whole CD is just going to be one big gag. ... I want it. XD (this is just an announcement of an image, so it doesn't really merit going on the main page. I just thought it was cute. ^_^)

That is ADORABLE!! Forget the cd (wouldn't be able to understand a word of it anyway) I just want a larger scan of the cover art!

OMG those chibis are soooo kawaii!!!! ^____^
..But... I dunno if I want the cd. I sure hope its not the actual Shichinintai singing... that would be scary... T_T LoL and funny too. Plus, the music during the Shichinintai arc wasn't that good. Oh well.

Oh well. Well, this isn't a music CD, so you don't have to worry about that. It's an audio drama. Basically "episodes without pictures". It'll be similar to the "Sengoku o-Togi Zoushi: Sesshoumaru" thing that was on the bonus CD with the second movie. So, yes, this CD would probably only be worthwhile to people who have a somewhat decent understanding of Japanese, plus who can recognize all the characters' voices. Think of it like a collection of Monty Python skits, audio only.

Ooh, and Avex Mode's website has a picture of the cast of the drama, too: Kappei, what happened to your hair?

::dies:: I just read the scenario for the drama CD...
Inuyasha's group gets some drugs from Hachi that send them to hell (??). Apparently the Shichinintai sold it to him or something. So, to get out of hell, Inuyasha's group has to compete in a "show battle" with the Shichinintai, with the obligatory cooking show.
.... Uh.

The Bankotsu chibi nesting in the crook of Inuyasha's arm killed me. lol! ^^ By the way, it is too small to see: what is houshi-sama doing to Inuyasha's hair?

Oh dar lawrd!! ...I MUST get this!! *falls over, all giggly*
Roy always told me that the day I started getting drama CDs would be the end of me. It's like following the dark, dark, evil path into Hell. XD
...looks like this time, he's literally right.

This CD was absolutely hilarious. From what I could make from my limited Japanese, I was able to discern some of the plot. Here's what I enjoyed about the CD: Patches, the one track called Inuyasha BGM isn't on the CD. It ends with 28 tracks. Tracks 24-28 are each of the main Inuyasha cast speaking about the CD. They go in the order of Inuyasha, Kagome, Shippo, Miroku (who tried to pass himself off as Sesshomaru) and Sango.

Maybe someone will make a video with a still background but has all the songs subbed at the bottom...prays! (Time to go study up on my japanese speaking skills)100th Post! Yay!!!COSniper[/color]

XD Man, I really need to hear this CD. I heard that Jaken's seiyuu makes a brief appearance in the cast messages. I have no idea why, though. ^_^*
But, god... parody drama... I must find a way to hear this thing. ^_^* Thanks for the info, though. Now I can go into it fearing what sort of insanity to expect.
