So something that might make you all have a little laugh... My two year old loves the Barbie movies and having watched them over and over along with Inuyasha, I started to make a connection with Inuyasha's english voices and the Barbie voices. So yeah, Barbie and Sango are done by the same voice actress (can't remember her name, Kelly Sheridan, I think) and Miroku and Ken are the same voice (at least in Nutcracker Barbie and I can't remember his name). LMAO! Now evertime my daughter watches Barbie I keep expecting Ken to 'Wind Tunnel' every thing (maybe he doesn't 'cause the sugar plum fairies are really the saimyousho(sp) in diguise?) and ask everyone to bare his child. It's really funny! O.k. so maybe you just have to see it. ;D But Miroku and Sango as Barbie and Ken is just too funny. Sango: I'm gonna get Naraku with my pink Malibu surfboard!

Check if monica stories is in Barbie, too. I always thought she'd fit the part.

I just checked and no, she doesn't appear to do anything in Barbie. However, you CAN picture her chucking knives at people (for any Gundam Wing fans out there... she does Cathy along with another character I'd rather forget). My source: voices.fuzzy.com/actor.idc?actor_id=5591 |

I just went to that website (thanks Demoncat  )and it seems like a good portion of the cast for english Inuyasha is in the Barbie movie too..... Geez now what do I do? It's like listening to a really insane filler episode! (looks like Barbie's brother and Kuhaku are the same voice which is really messed up!). It's so bizare when you get used to someone's voice as a certain character and then hear them in something else. |

*falls over laughing* OMG! I just checked out some of the voice actors, and... *laughs*
I checked out the Japanese voice actor for Jakotsu (What? I'm obsessed with him...), and I found out that Ai Orikasa also plays the Japanese Dubbed version of Tommy in the Rugrats!!! *snickers* Can you imagine Tommy saying: "Angelica, I wanna go on a cutie hunt..."?

::snort:: Suddenly, Ken seems a lot more attractive to me...  (looks like Barbie's brother and Kuhaku are the same voice which is really messed up!). Waitwaitwait... Since when has Barbie had a brother? Skipper was the only sibling! And maybe baby Kelly. Or Maybe baby Kelly was Skipper's illegitimate child. And I guess there was a baby Tommy, too... Jebus. I need a Barbie genealogy chart. |

Picture this (another dealie for the Gundam Wing fans):
Quatre steals Catherine's throwing knives and chases Duo sqealing about how adorable his braid is while throwing said knives at him, trying to see the color of Duo's blood. He then gets into a fight with Treize and comments that now that he gets to see him up close, Treize is a pretty sexy guy (Me:BARF!!). Duo is freaked out by Quatre, so he goes about business as usual- hitting on Cathy and proclaiming her to be his woman. Noin tries to win the affections of Treize. Trowa tries to charm anything with a pretty face and a skirt, and gets away with it because I can't find a connection for Sango (Yeah, Trowa and Miroku have the same dub voice). I also couldn't find one for Inuyasha, so I had Kouga take his part in the beginning.

Kohaku's dub also plays Tommy (I think Barbie's brother) in one of the Barbie movies.
Rin's dub also plays like 7 minor kid roles in Barbie as well.
and Sesshoumaru's dub is some sorta dragon.
Do not ask how I knew that... XD

The dragon in the Barbie movie is in Rapunzel Barbie (that's Sessh too?) and Yeah for some reason Barbie has a brother in Nutcracker Barbie (it's still a little creepy listening to Barbie/Sango and Tommy/Kuhaku whenever my daughter makes my watch the Barbie movies!)

Most of you won't relate to this but most of the Inuyasha spanish crew works on the Yu-gi-oh dub as well. Which always cracks me up when I hear them
Miroku = Pegasus
Sango = Tea
Kagome = Mokuba (no kidding)
Shippo = Mai (But she does sound quite different)
Kouga = Yugi
At times I'm half expecting Kouga to call for the Dark Magician.

Yeah...so I was looking online at all the voices that Kappei Yamaguchi has done and one of them in particular caught my attention...Is it true that he does the voice of Kyle for the Japanese dub of South Park? I realize the man needs to earn a living, but it's hard to see (hear?) him as any other voice than InuYasha! I can't even watch Ranma without thinking 'hey! that's Inu!' Anyway, if it is true, I want to hear it! I mean InuYasha as Kyle? That's gotta be funny!  |
