Nobi-Nobi Got His Wish...

^_^* I was checking the next episode preview for 152 on Yomiuri's site and noticed an interesting name in the credits: Hasegawa Nobita. You might know him from such things as, oh, Anime Scramble. ^_^*

Basically, if you haven't listened to any of the AniScra interviews, in the drama segment, Nobita almost always shows up as "the otaku youkai" named Nobi-Nobi, and demands a place on the show.

Well, Nobita's character is listed as "peddler" rather than "otaku youkai" or "Nobi-Nobi", but... Hey, he's finally getting a guest spot on the show. ^_^*

IIFJ had mentioned that there would be a special IY segment on Anime Scramble this Friday the 14th, although I checked JOQR's website, and it lists Komori Manami as the guest for that day (who, as far as I know, has nothing to do with Inu ^_^*).

Now if only we could get "korosu zo..." into the anime. ... DUDE, they could SO put that in when Sess smacks Inu in the grave! "Hey, man, don't be dissin' Dad... or should I kill ya?" XD

I didn't think this was anything particularly noteworthy enough to stick on the main page (I mean, really, how many people out there know or care who Nobita is?), but I thought it was funny.

For the longest time, I thought he was "Nomi-nomi!"

Those Anime Scramble shows kill me. XD Almost literally. First we have Inuyasha and Kikyou bleating up on each other (just HEARING that killed me) on Affections Touching Across Time... once again!

And then Nobi's: "I have the comics! I have the DVDs, the CDs, the figures, the anime! I have it all...!"

I can't remember what he did in the second Anime Scramble... o.O

XD I had the exact same thought when I originally read it, too. But, rather than "Kusuri-uri" or "Seller of medicine", he was listed as "Mono-uri" or "Seller of stuff".

... Maybe he's selling Inu DVDs and comics and CDs and figures and... ^_^*

I need to find a picture of Nobi and fanart him into an Inuyasha scene peddling all that stuff. Granted, I don't think many American fans will get it... but still. XD

The one of him and Nonko on JOQR's website is all I could find of him on short notice. ^_^* And the illustration on the Anime Scramble CD depicts him as a... microphone?
