I'd have to go for Bankotsu or Koga. Because, seriously, I'd die to have Sesshomaru as a boyfriend, but how long would that really last? And, when it did end, would I still be alive? InuYasha would be awesome too, but, really, he's a basket case. And a bit too temperamental for my liking. At least Bankotsu is sane (to a point) and human as well, and with Koga, you'd probably be a Goddess in his eyes and end up with an almost perfect relationship... except that you'd never be alone with him because of all the wolves.
But, in the end, it's only wishful thinking... (crawls into a corner and cries)

I think that, oddly enough, I would get along with Sesshoumaru better than anyone else on that list. I think I'm rather like him in the way that I require a lot of quiet "me" time. If I were to have a relationship with someone like him, we would both get a lot of time to ourselves, which would be very appealing to me. I think I rather relate to Sesshoumaru in insecurity as well, but I don't support that would be a very helpful addition to any relationship....

I'm probably a bit late with this, but thought I would put in my two cents worth. After a long and intense study, I think Miroku would be my choice. Although I like Inuyasha (that's why we're all here, right?), I really go for cerebral types with a sense of humour. He obviously knows a lot, and can have a decent (ha,ha) conversation. I 'd just laugh at him propositioning all those women, unless I thought he was serious; then I'd hit him harder than Sango (I'm so cruel).

Don't worry, us last few were quite a bit late too.
I liked Miroku too, but I don't know if I could deal with him as well as Sango seems to. She's fantastic, especially with the big scary boomerang.

After much deliberation; I'd have to say Miroku. Here's why: Inuyasha: While he would be fun to play around with, he's too immature to be fully serious in any matter. Sesshoumaru: He's so distant you wouldn't really have a basic relationship, let alone a romantic one. Naraku: He gets into too many shenanigans for my taste. Inu-papa: *sigh* if he wasn't like five centuries my senior.... Houjo: Meh...too average, too nice, too dull. Just. Meh. Bankotsu: Hehehehehe...he's too short, I'd keep laughing. Also, jail bait. Kouga: He doesn't think, he reacts. He relies almost solely on instinct For example: he never once uses the sword he carries around with him. This is because he would have to asses the entire situation and think "I should use this, it will help my chances." Instead, his brain just tells him to keep pushing and keep fighting till he can either run to safety, or eliminate the threat. (Fight or Flight ftw.)
I'd stick with Miroku because hes just about the right age, hes perverted but serious, he's true to his word, and is an all around 'good' guy. I could have a deep and insightful conversation with him one moment, and talk about getting some tail the next.

This one wasn't something I even had to think about. Inu-Yasha, hand down, no question.
Inu-Yasha is loyal, determined (even, dare I say it... dogged), and once he sets his mind to something, he won't stop until he gets it done. He cares about other people and is totally devoted to the wellbeing of people he's chosen to be his friends. Even though he tries to hide it, his natural inclination seems to be to help people; if he doesn't have time to think about it, his first reaction will to be to save some total stranger even if it's dangerous for himself. He hates to see women cry. Once he's made a promise, he feel obligated to keep it and won't back out. He's honest, straightforward, and frank. His actions speak louder than his words by far. By the end of the series, he's learned to accept help from others and act as partners, and he's learned to do what's best for others even if it isn't what he wants. I find his stubbornness and roughness-around-the-edges terribly endearing. He's also inquisitive and a fast learner, and much smarter than most people give him credit for. He'd be fun to argue with. He doesn't stand by petty politics and instead says just what he thinks.
Ahhh, I could go on all night, but I think I'll stop here before anybody forms a lynch mob to get me to shut up.
