Here's some more titles and summaries:
11. u_–³‚Ì•æ•Wv Kanna no Bohyou Kanna's Gravestone Tessaiga's powers have been stolen by the mirror monster. Inuyasha counters the fierce attacks despite having transformed into his youkai form, but all damage to the mirror monster is transferred to Kanna. Naraku orders her to defeat Inuyasha even if they destroy each other. As her life is whittled away in battle, what are Kanna's true intentions?!
12. uŽXŒè‚Ì‘z‚¢ –íèÓ‚ÌŠoŒåv Sango no Omoi Miroku no Kakugo Sango's Feelings, Miroku's Resolve Miroku has overused his Kazaana and fallen, so Sango must cover Hiraikotsu in poison to defeat a youkai. In order to remove the poison from Hiraikotsu, it is necessary to go through Yakurou Dokusen's trials. Meanwhile, Miroku, suffering from the Kazaana's wounds, asks Yakurou Dokusen about a medicine to erase the pain...
13. uŠ®‘S‚È–»“¹v Kanzenna Meidou Completed Meidou Shishinki, a youkai whom Inuyasha and Sesshoumaru's father fought and stole Meidou Zangetsuha from, appears before Sesshoumaru. Shishinki tells him that Tenseiga is nothing more than a piece of Tessaiga, an incomplete sword that can never fire a complete Meidou Zangetsuha. What is the secret of Tenseiga's resonance with Tessaiga?!
14. u“Þ—Ž‚Ì’ÇŒ‚v Naraku no Tsuigeki Naraku's Pursuit Sesshoumaru is enraged after learning Tenseiga's secret. Toutousai tells him that the moment he lets go of his attachment to his sword and his hatred of Inuyasha, that will be when he surpasses his father. Elsewhere, Naraku relentlessly attacks Kohaku for his Shikon shard, and becomes aware of the trap that Kikyou left.
15. u³“‚È‚éŒp³ŽÒv Seitounaru Keishousha Legitimate Heir
Episode 15 doesn't have a summary at the moment, but given the title and that Nakajima Rie is listed as the animation director, there's no way that it isn't Black Tessaiga, possibly shaved down by a few minutes to fit into a TV-sized episode.

La, more episodes and summaries:
15. u³“‚È‚éŒp³ŽÒv Seitounaru Keishosha Legitimate Heir Sesshoumaru steals Tessaiga's powers by using a shard of Kanna's mirror monster on Tenseiga. Inuyasha transforms into his youkai form to counter, but Sesshoumaru fires Meidou Zangetsuha. Though his father left him Tessaiga and intended for him to be its heir, will Inuyasha disappear into the darkness of Hell?!
16. u“µŽq‚ÌŒ‹ŠEv Hitomiko no Kekkai Hitomiko's Barrier When Inuyasha's group visits a village, they meet a miko called Hitomiko. However, she is already dead and her corpse is being manipulated by Naraku. Hitomiko tells Kagome that if she is not able to leave this world, she will take their lives, then vanishes. Inuyasha's group is asked by the villagers to save Hitomiko, so they search for her at the shrine. However, Hitomiko has erected a barrier there. Kagome fires her sacred arrow to break the barrier, but she falls into Hitomiko and Naraku's trap.
17. u‹È—ì‚̎הOv Magatsuhi no Janen The Evil Will of Magatsuhi It seems that Kagome's spiritual powers are being sealed by the evil will that resides in the Shikon no Tama - "Magatsuhi". That Magatsuhi appears before Sesshoumaru and attacks him and Kohaku. Magatsuhi relentlessly assaults Kohaku, but Sesshoumaru intercepts him. However, Magatsuhi takes no damage and calls Sesshoumaru weak. The next instant, Magatsuhi pierces Kohaku's Shikon shard. The Shikon shard is polluted black. Then Inuyasha's group arrives.
18. ul¶‚̈ê‘厖v Jinsei no Ichidaiji An Important Event in Life Not only has Kohaku's shard been polluted by Magatsuhi, rendering him unconscious, but Kagome's spiritual powers have also been sealed by him. Sesshoumaru goes to slay Magatsuhi and leaves Rin and Jaken behind. In the meantime, though still worried about Kohaku's condition, Kagome returns to the modern era to take her high school entrance exams.
19. uàæà߂̌‡•Ðv Kohaku no Kakera Kohaku's Shard While Inuyasha and Kagome are in the modern world, Magatsuhi appears before Kaede and the others. At that time, Kohaku, who had been asleep up until now, suddenly rises. Magatsuhi has posessed Kohaku. For the sake of completing the Shikon no Tama, Magatsuhi intends to take Kohaku's body along with his shard to Naraku. Miroku tries to suck Magatsuhi up with his Kazaana, but... At that time, Inuyasha and Kagome finally return to the Sengoku era and sense a foreboding presence, so rush to their companions.
Blaaargh, episode 17 is my favorite fight in the entire series, and frikkin' Sakuma got the art direction to it. He made episode 9 way more mediocre than it should have been, so I'm kind of fearful for episode 17. Then again, Toba is the overall episode director for it, and he did 2, 8, and 13, easily all the best episodes of the series. So we'll have to see what happens when the worst artist pairs with the best director, which one of them really matters in the quality of an episode.

Any connection between your reality and mine is purely coincidental.

Poor Sesshy deserves it after the rough couple episodes before.

Poor Sesshy deserves it after the rough couple episodes before. Yeah. Unfortunately, Sakuma's main problem is that he has a very hard time depicting force very well. He doesn't exaggerate actions enough, so battles animated by him tend to be rather... lethargic. Episode 156 I recall especially "fondly" for its horrendous animation. Sesshoumaru punching Inuyasha came across as more like him sticking his fist to Inuyasha's face and pushing him out of the way (compare to the punch in Kanketsu-hen episode 13). Kagome shooting Naraku's barrier with her arrow looked like one of those old low-budget movies where the arrow rides on a piece of string to its target. It was just... bad. Thankfully his work on Kanketsu-hen has improved quite a bit, but he still hasn't really gotten the whole "emotion through action" thing down.

Sesshoumaru goes into its body first, and when Inuyasha and the others follow...

For those who might like it, I found the full version of Tooi Michi no Saki de. Though Hotfile didn't like the Japanese filename so just renamed it as "_-_.mp3", so, uh... rename it to something more eloquent once you get it. ^_^*

Oh, and another thing, Suwa's blog confirmed that Kaoru Wada wrote new BGM for episodes 25 and 26. The blog mentions 14 tracks, but it's hard to parse what specifically that's referring to, but if it's the number of new pieces, that's plenty to have the final two episodes fully-scored with their own original soundtracks.

The Japanese filename came up fine when I downloaded it. Thanks for posting! Now I don't have to scour the web for weeks looking for it.
