Chapter 90 is up! Seems like every month I apologize for delays, but I just keep getting distracted. This time it's because I've gotten sucked into "Doctor Who" and have been marathoning the (new) series in order to catch up to the present. Just about to finish Series 3, so I'm about halfway there! However, I do have a week-long Christmas break coming up at the end of the month, so hopefully I'll find some time in that time off to work on the site some more.

Aaand Chapter 91 is finally up. With this one, I ended up channeling Inuyasha himself quite a bit. Hey, his personality had to come from somewhere. But with Akagane still being gimpy, there's not a whole lot I can do with him yet.

It felt like a good idea at the time, but it's becoming more of a nuisance the farther I go. He may be losing it soon. So then your picture would be prophetic.  |

Well, I am new here, and first and foremost, I simply have to let you know how much I adore this story! It is well thought out and extremely engaging. So engaging that I read the entire thing so far in two days. Couldn't put it down.
Also, I love that there's a picture with each chapter, it adds an extra layer of depth by being able to see exactly how the characters look.
I am really looking forward to more updates!

Eh, he's still pretty serious. All the dumb stuff happening to him just shows how much seriouser he normally is? Or how serious his reactions are? Something like that...
Now, if he started reveling in his glorious position as queen, I would stop taking him seriously. But as long as he's uncomfortable and annoyed, it's OK.

All right, good. Even in the April Fool's chapters, I have a difficult time writing established characters as behaving wildly out-of-character, which is why I tend to bring in less-developed characters so they can act dumb (though Puppy has informed me that she'll likely never be able to take the Oni Brothers seriously due to the fact that they've so far played more of a role in the gag chapters than the real ones).
