What is this series about? Ive never heard of it before and I want to know if its any good. I never really watch adult swim past 11:00 (gotta love central time) becasue I have all the inuyasha episodes on my computer...
All I want to know is whether Witch Hunter Robin is worth me staying up till 12:00 (cause I would watch Inuyasha just to laugh at the dubs) then being freaking tired and sleeping through my first three classes?
So if anyone could give any information on this new series it would be appreciated...

I don't know much about the actual plot of the show, although I'd guess it's about... someone named Robin who hunts witches... ^_^* But I've heard almost nothing but positive reviews of it. I'm certainly going to stay up to watch it.

Well, I know I'm late on this one so I apologize for reviving an old thread. ^^;;
COSniper: There are many anime review sites out there. For myself, I always seem to head over to the Anime Academy first (www. animeacademy .com). I'm not sure why, I suppose I like the reviewers there and for some titles there are multiple opinions offered. There is also AnimeOnDVD that offers reviews (www. animeondvd .com). I suppose try those two first and see what you like. You can also do a google search, there are many review sites.
As for WHR, I only watched the Adult Swim dub. It was a very good show. However, I like the darker series that involve witches, vampires, demons, etc. I felt this one was done exceptionally well, though at times the ending and even the dialogue did leave something to be desired. That, however, could be just because I simply fell in love with the series and wanted more. More!

I've actually only seen like two or three eppies of this series, and I liked what i saw. The only problem is that time and day it comes on is always changing So I keep missing it.

WHR is a great series. It's a bit hard to get into but stick with it and you'll find it's worth it. One of the best sites out there is www.usuyami.vauss.com - entitled Usuyami no Sekai (Lost in a World of Darkness) which is a line taken from the opening song (by Bana). If you want a detailed plot summary look there. Bandai's own site is also good and you can link to it from Usuyami no Sekai - sorry, can't remember it off hand. Basically - and this is VERY brief - the series follows the intrigues of the STN-J, part of a worldwide organization of witch hunters based in Tokyo. As the series opens Robin Sena has just been brought in from Italy to join the group. She has some serious pyrotechnic powers and these develop as the story progesses. There are only 26 episodes so things move along fairly quickly, particularly in the second half. Apparently the Sci-Fi Channel is going to make a live action version so WATCH THE ANIME FIRST!

I like it, but I just didn't stay up EVERY night, just a few nights. it was good until another show replaced it on AS.
